These instructions will help you update your email and password after logging in to the onX Backcountry App or Web Map. If you aren't sure what your password is, click here for instructions on how to reset it.
For your own security, please do not share your password with anyone.

Updating your email address, password, and name in the onX Backcountry App
Tap the Main Menu Button in the upper left corner of the main map.
Tap "My Account."
To edit the name and email address on your onX account, tap "Edit Profile."
To change your password, tap "Change Password" under "Account info" in the My Account Menu.

From your desktop or laptop computer, log into the Backcountry Web Map and click "My Account & Settings" on the left side of the screen.
Click "My Account."
To edit the name and email address on your onX account, click "Edit Profile."
To change your password, click "Change Password."
