- How to request a refund directly from onX Maps.
- How to request a refund from Apple (iPhones and iPads) or Google (Android devices).
Your Premium or Elite Membership can be refunded using the same purchase method used to buy it, and this article includes instructions for requesting a refund in all three billing systems.
Depending on how you purchased your Membership, your billing may be handled by onX Maps, Apple (iPhones and iPads), or Google (Android devices).
Note: Pending or posted charges viewed on your debit/credit card statement will identify the vendor as either ONXMAPS, APPLE, or GOOGLE.
Part 1 - How to request a refund from onX Maps:
Memberships purchased directly through onX Maps are eligible for a 100% refund for up to 30 days from the date of the original purchase. When you contact support, please include the email address attached to your onX account and the reason for the refund. We generally respond to all customer contacts within 24 business hours.
