The onX Backcountry App does work in Canada, although hiking trails are not available. Ski touring, cross-country skiing, and snowshoe trails are available.
Many of the basic features work anywhere on the globe, including:
- Your GPS location.
- Satellite imagery.
- Map Tools (mark Waypoints, draw Lines and Shapes).
- Tracker (record your path as you travel).
