Featured Routes include guide-book level information, like trail overviews, pictures, current weather conditions, and more.

Discovering Featured Routes in the onX Backcountry App
Tap the "Discover" Button in the bottom left corner to display all Featured Routes within 100 miles of the center point on your map.
Tap a Featured Routes in the list to view the info card.
Swipe the grey bar at the top of the info card up to expand it. Swipe up inside the info card to scroll and view more info.
At high zoom levels, Featured Routes are indicated by blue signpost icons.
Tap a Featured Route on your map to bring up the info card.
When you find a trail you're interested in, use the buttons at the bottom of the info card to mark it with a Waypoint or Share the Featured Route to show it to another onX Backcountry user.

Discovering Featured Routes on the onX Backcountry Web Map
Click the "Discover" Button in the bottom left corner to display all Featured Routes within 100 miles of the center point on your map.

Featured Route info cards show elevation profiles, route descriptions, pictures, and more. Scroll down inside the info card to view more info.
