How do I manage my billing information?
Managing your onX Backcountry Membership begins with finding your purchase source.
The three possible purchase sources are:
- The iTunes & App Store (Apple)
- Google Play Store (Google)
Each billing source has its own payment system, so cancellations, credit or debit card updates, Membership upgrades and Membership renewals need to be handled through the same source.
After you purchased your onX Backcountry Membership, you received an emailed receipt from the purchase source. Check this receipt to confirm your purchase source before continuing.
If you no longer have the receipt, check your App Store Or Google Play Store subscriptions page. If you see an onX Backcountry subscription listed, then your purchased from the App Store or Google Play Store.
If you do not have an onX Backcountry listed on your subscriptions page, then you purchased from onXmaps.com.
