If your 7-day trial has ended and you were charged for a Premium or Elite Membership that you didn't want, click here for instructions on how to get a refund.
After canceling your 7-day trial, you will have access to all features for the remainder of the 7 days. After the trial ends, you will not lose any of your Markups (Waypoints, Routes, Lines, Shapes, and Tracks) but you will lose access to all paid features like private and government Lands, and you will only be able to save one Offline Map.
Your Trial Membership can be canceled using the same purchase method used to buy it, and this article includes instructions on how to cancel in all three billing systems. Depending on how you purchased your Membership, your billing may be handled by onXmaps.com, Apple (iPhones and iPads), or Google (Android devices).
To find your purchase method, click here to log into the account info page.
Note: If your purchase method says "Redemption", "N/A", or your subscription status says "Canceled," your Membership will expire at the end of the subscription term without charging you—no further action is required.
