What is the onX Backcountry Elite Membership?
The Elite Membership for onX Backcountry combines all the features you get with a Premium Membership with private property boundaries and landowner information for all 50 states. If you don't have a Premium Membership, click here to sign up for onX Backcountry Elite.

How to upgrade to an onX Backcountry Elite Membership from a Premium Membership
We want to make your upgrade experience as quick and seamless as possible. Please follow the steps below and if you encounter frustrations or issues, please contact our customer service team.
When you upgrade from onX Backcountry Premium to onX Backcountry Elite, it is important that you do NOT cancel your Premium Membership, and upgrade through the same billing source where you originally purchased your Premium Membership. This way you:
- Are not billed for two memberships at once.
- Receive credit for the remaining time on your Premium Membership.
Depending on how you signed up originally, your Membership could be billed through Apple, Google, or onXmaps.com. To find your purchase method, click here to log into the account info page.
If your purchase method is onXmaps.com, click here to upgrade to Elite on our website. If you're asked to create an account, click "Login" next to "Already have an account?" and enter the email address attached to your onX Hunt Premium Membership.
If your billing source is the App Store or *Google Play Store, upgrade to Elite through the onX Backcountry App. Open the onX Backcountry App and tap the Main Menu Button in the upper left corner.
Tap "Go Elite" or "Upgrade."
*Google will apply the payment you made for Premium to your Elite upgrade by changing your Membership renewal date based on the remaining time in Premium. When your Membership renews, you will be charged the full price for Elite.
If you can't find your billing source or didn't receive credit for the remaining time in your Premium Membership, please contact our customer service team and we will personally get you taken care of.
